This morning I felt like doing nothing. Yesterday I never made it to the gym and it was an act of congress this morning to get to there. Now that I've worked out, showered, and answered emails I feel so much better and even more motivated. I know that half of the country is in a heat wave so I choose to blame the heat for my lack of energy. This quote is what is going to keep me going in the next few days I think.
