Living the Island Life

About two weeks ago Thomas and I went to the beach. I've gone to Kiawah Island since I was a little girl and it is just wonderful. We did an extended weekend and it was just the relaxing break I needed from work. My sweet mom (& photographer) bought me these new Lilly Pulitzer shorts and they were just perfect to wear to dinner. I had to have the long sleeve popover since I'm always cold in restaurants. Best part about these shorts besides the neon colors is the scalloped pockets!!

National Wear Your Lilly Day

With the extremely hot weather we've been experiencing recently it's crazy that yesterday was just the first day of summer. The first day of summer means it's National Wear Your Lilly Day!! I'm obsessed with the dress I wore this weekend, everything about it is perfect. I love the print, fabric, and the cut! One of the best parts of the Monterey Tank Dress is that no bra straps show with a regular or razorback bra! No Lilly Pulitzer dress is complete without Jack Rogers, I'm sharing my "well loved" ones below.

A West End Affair

Hi Y'all!

I'm writing this blog post after a fantastic Pure Barre workout and now I'm treating myself to a delicious glass of wine. This weekend in downtown Greenville (#yeahTHATgreenville) it was the #westendaffair. For those of you who aren't supper familiar with the Greenville area part of downtown is called the West End. You can read all about the Affair in the West End here. 

I decided to wear this Lilly Pulitzer romper that my husband bought me for Christmas this year. I absolutely love it! It was perfect for such a hot day and I received so many sweet compliments.

 How fun does this look?! There were several different tents of local shops and restaurants. I ate a pretty good taco while walking around. 

Of course my favorite west end store had the cutest tent set up! Absolutely love Pink Bee & while I was in the area I bought a couple new Lilly items. I'll share those on the blog soon!
